Not showing itself yet, the creature speaks as the other awakens in this place, voice ringing with that of every pet it has, has had, will have.]

The land itself is not referred to as 'lord'. That title is more fitted to the person who governs over it.

[It slices away Monocle's shirt and jacket, pushing them off and curling its tongue around one of his nipples.]

[Even as it talks, though, it waves a hand and the white void around them solidifies into a reasonable facsimile of Monocle's room. Albeit in blues and whites rather than blacks and reds.]

[Walks over to the bed, removing his trousers after he's sat on the edge.]
